Step1

กดที่ show hidden icon จะเห็นว่า มี icon โปรแกรม Protected by Trend Micro Internet Security

แล้วคลิกขวาที่ icon โปรแกรม Protected by Trend Micro Internet Security แล้วคลิกที่คำสั่ง Open the Main Console

จะมีหน้าต่างขึ้นมาของโปรแกรม Protected by Trend Micro Internet Security จากนั้นไปกดที่ Device

เมื่อเข้ามาหน้าเมนู Device แล้ว ให้คลิกที่ Configure ในหัวข้อ Security Settings

เข้าหน้าเมนู Security แล้ว ให้คลิกที่ Internet & Email Controls

Step6

จากนั้นคลิก Spam & Emailed Files ให้เอา หัวข้อนั้นออก ตามวงกลมสีแดง เลข 1 และเลข 2

Step7

จากนั้น คลิกที่ Apply ก็เป็นอันเสร็จเรียบร้อย
